Our up most concern when traveling with Courts Cars is for the comfort and safety of all our passengers, however short the journey, please note our following terms and conditions.
- Courts Cars operate a chip and pin credit card system for your convenience and security (Details can also be taken over the phone).
- Late bookings accepted (Subject to availability).
- All vehicles are strictly no smoking.
- Courts Cars will not be held responsible for a missed flight due to extreme traffic or road conditions.
- Courts Cars reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee if car is not required - less than 12 hours 50% payable and if less than 6 hours, full fare.
- Courts Cars reserves the right to invoice the client with a £75 charge where fouling the car has taken place.
- We do allow accounts (Subject to status) these are payable within 14 days of invoice being issued.
